This project added AI-powered analysis to one of the most-used pages of the platform—the PC details page, making it an important improvement to the user experience. It was my first time working on an AI-focused feature, where I designed with AI in mind and also used AI in my own process. The idea came from strong customer demand for faster, smarter troubleshooting.

This feature of the Workforce Experience web app has been one of the most educational experiences for me at HP, largely due to the challenges it presented. It was one of the fastest-paced, high priority projects I’ve worked on, leaving little time for formal user research.
